Freezone
The function of a Freezone is to incorporate businesses within a designated jurisdiction within an emirate that is restricted to conducting business only inside the designated jurisdiction. Mainland UAE companies cannot conduct business directly with Freezone companies for licenses and physical goods. To trade with the UAE mainland, Freezone companies must use a mainland distributor or agent and pay a 5% import duty on local invoices. A Freezone company can't legally operate outside its designated territory.
What is a Limited Liability Company?
A limited liability corporation (LLC) is a business structure in which members are not personally responsible for the firm's debts or liabilities. Limited liability companies are hybrid entities that combine the characteristics of a corporation with those of a partnership or a sole proprietorship.
One of the following legal forms can be used to start a commercial, professional, or industrial business:

A limited liability company (LLC) is a cross between a partnership and a corporation. Its owners are protected from personal culpability; shareholders' liability is restricted to their shares in the company's capital, and publicly selling shares is prohibited. An LLC is a common choice for anyone forming a company outside of a free zone in Dubai. It is formed by a minimum of two and a maximum of 50 people.
Trade name by (ending with 'LLC') must be approved by DED.
The minimum capital required is Dhs. 300,000.
